8ouncescream cheese, reduced fat
1cup sugar
1Tbspunflavored gelatin
1cupwater
1tspvanilla flavor
Crust Ingredients
6graham crackers, crushed
3Tbspbutter, melted

Filling Instructions
Allow cream cheese and butter to sit at room temperature. Cut cream cheese into cubes. Melt butter.
Mix gelatin and sugar together. Add water and stir until combined.
Place cream cheese, gelatin mixture and vanilla in blender. Blend until smooth. Chill in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Crust Intructions
Place graham crackers in sealed Zip-loc bag. Using mallet, crush crackers until fine crumbs result. Add melted butter to crumbs and stir until moistened. Pour crumbs into bottom of 8-inch pie plate or 8x8-inch baking pan. Flatten out to make crust.
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of crust. Chill in refrigerator for about 4 hours or until set. Top with your favorite fruit and serve.
