Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
1/2cupnut butter of your choice (peanut, almond)
1/3cuphoney or maple syrup
1/2cupground flaxseed
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2cupdark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients together.
If using, fold in dark chocolate chips. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 days. May store in refrigerator if needed.
