16oz. fruit juice
1Tbspgelatin, unflavored
Instructions
Measure 8 oz of fruit juice and add gelatin powder. Stir until dissolved. Heat the remaining 8 oz. of juice in microwave until steaming hot (about 2 minutes). Pour hot juice into bowl with juice-gelatin mixture. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour mixture into bowl or other containers of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firmly set. Serve gelatin topped with fruit or whipped topping.
