2cupsflour, all-purposeTry using 1/4 cup whole wheat flour with 1 3/4 white flour to add more fiber
1Tbspbaking powder
1tspsalt
1pintwhipping cream
Instructions
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in large bowl. Pour in whipping cream and mix together. May need to add more liquid if dough is too dry and does not stick together. Gently knead dough together and place on floured surface. Roll or flatten dough to about 1 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter (2-inch) and place on baking stone or pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!
