1.5cflourTry using 1/2 cup whole wheat flour with 1 cup white flour to boost nutrients

1 tspsalt

2tspground cinnamon

1egg white
1cupmilk
1tbspbutter, melted
1tspvanilla flavor
1/3cupbrown sugar
1cupchopped apples

Instructions
Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine egg white, milk, butter, vanilla and brown sugar. Add chopped apples and nuts.
Add wet ingredients to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not overmix.
Place about 1/3 cup of muffin mix into muffin liners or a greased muffin tin. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on cooling rack.
