2cupsall-purpose flour
1tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
Other Ingredients
1/2cupwarm water
2Tbspbutter, softened
1cupspinach, chopped
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add softened butter cut into small pieces and blend using a pastry blender. Add chopped spinach. Add half of water and moisten flour mixture. Add remaining water and combine to make a dough. Use more water if needed. Place dough on floured surface and knead about 15-20 times until well combined Cut into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball into a circle using a rolling pin. Place tortillas on non-stick griddle and cook about 30 seconds per side. Remove from griddle and keep warm until serving.
