No-Bake Energy Bites
These easy energy bites are packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Enjoy one or a few for a taste of sweetness from natural sugar. Keep a few handy for those afternoon cravings.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter of your choice (peanut, almond)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients together.
- If using, fold in dark chocolate chips. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 days. May store in refrigerator if needed.
